The ENCCRE project (Édition Numérique Collaborative et CRitique de l’Encyclopédie de Diderot et D’Alembert, 1751-1772) is seeking a web development engineer for a limited-term contract position at Sorbonne University.
The successful candidate will work on the update and enrichment of ENCCRE‘s digital collaborative publishing platform and its consultation interface. The 12-month position is within the university’s Institut de mathématiques de Jussieu-Paris Rive Gauche, and has a start date of October 1st, 2020.
Candidates should have a mastery of web development languages, in particular Javascript, and programming languages such as Java or Python, as well as XML technologies (XPath, XSLT, XQuery).
