Online survey: Trust over Time project

The EPFL+ECAL Lab, in collaboration with the Idiap Research Institute, the University of Fribourg, and Swiss Public Radio RTS, invite responses to a survey aimed at evaluating the influence of design on trust associated with content aggregation algorithms.

To the survey

The emergence and proliferation of new media have radically changed the way we access information. Content aggregators play a major role in this access, and it is increasingly difficult to tell what’s true and what’s ‘fake news’. What is the role of design? How can it influence the perception and credibility of information?

The research team seeks the opinion of survey respondents on the design of a new online tool aimed at studying these questions. The survey is in French, must be completed from a computer (not a smartphone) and should take around 30 minutes.
