Contribute to RENKU’s COVID-19 public data collaboration project

The Swiss Data Science Center (SDSC) RENKU platform is seeking data contributions from various public sources for its COVID-19 Public Data Collaboration Project.

The goal of the project is to create a space where the global community can contribute data, analysis, and discussion to better understand the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. The RENKU open-data platform invites researchers to create an account and explore using JupyterLab or RStudio.

Current contributions include crowd-sourced datasets from the US volunteers, data from the Johns Hopkins University Center for Systems Science and Engineering, Italian and Swiss cantonal data, and Twitter data about tweets related to COVID-19.
